Payment
A deposit of 50% is required to secure your date. Cookie orders of 1 dozen require full payment at time of ordering. The remaining 50% is due the day prior to pick up. We accept all major credit cards and Venmo. You will receive an invoice via email 2-3 business days after submitting this form. Payment is due upon receipt. I will hold your date for 48 hours, if deposit is not received, your date will be released, and your order will be cancelled. To pay via Venmo, please wait until you receive your invoice, Venmo information will be attached to the policies in the invoice.

Cancellation Policy

All deposits are non-refundable. All orders are finalized 4 weeks prior to your pickup date. Deposits are transferable to another date for custom orders only. They cannot be transferred to pre-sales or in-store purchases. 

Sweet Kay Creations is not responsible for any custom item once it leaves the residence. If there is an issue with your cake or cookies, I will do my best to accommodate, though there is no guarantee. Any cake that is mishandled, dropped, or not properly cared for is not the responsibility of Sweet Kay Creations.

Pick-Up

Pick up is in Nashua NH. I am a homestead baker, my bakery is also my home kitchen. My kitchen also produces common allergies such as milk, eggs, wheat, peanuts, tree nuts & soy.
